What Goes on Behind the Scenes in the Studio
Just like the lively and imaginative settings of photo or sound studios, our Speech-Language Communication Studio uses a special method we call Create, Develop, and Display (CDD). This isn’t just a set of steps; it’s a transformative journey that takes inspiration from the way artists work.
PHASE 1
🎨 CREATE
In the beginning, we get to know our clients, just like an artist starts with an idea. We work together to understand what each person needs and wants to achieve. This is where we set goals, but more importantly, we make sure our clients are involved in planning their own improvement in speech and language.
PHASE 2
🖌️ DEVELOP
This is where the hard work happens, similar to an artist refining their work. We focus on building skills, using methods that are tailored to each client. We adapt as we go, making sure what we do fits the changing needs and progress of our clients.
PHASE 3
✨ DISPLAY
The last step is about showing off what’s been achieved, much like an artist displaying their work. Our clients get to use their improved speech and language skills in real situations or at special events. This stage celebrates their progress, boosts their confidence, and encourages them to keep getting better.
At its heart, our CDD method is all about seeing speech and language improvement as a creative and fulfilling process. It’s about more than just better communication; it’s about helping our clients feel successful and expressive.
